Parents, daughter die in road crash

A man, his wife and their daughter were killed by a bus in Daspara area of Thakurgaon-Baliadangi road on Sunday morning.

The deceased are identified as Masudur Rahman, his wife Hamida Begum and their daughter Meher Nigar,  hailed from Hariharpur Road Collegepara area of Sadar Upazila.

“Meherun studied in Madrasatul Huda in Rahimanpur in eighth grade. In the morning, her parents were taking her to the madrasa on a motorcycle. At this time this incident happened,” Said locals.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station Kamrul Islam said that the accident happened with the bus of Hanif Paribahan. 

Necessary action in this regard will be taken, he added.
