BNP-police clash leaves 20 injured in Khulna

At least 15 members of the BNP and 5 policemen were injured, including 3 people who were shot in the incident of chase and clash between BNP men and police personnel in front of the Khulna Press Club on Friday afternoon.

Police arrested 10 people from the spot.

BNP alleged that the police charged baton and fired tear gas and shotguns at the pre-announced rally.

Among the injured include UP member Mujibur Rahman, Jubo Dal leader Zahidur Rahman.
