7 killed in truck-microbus collision in Narsingdi

Seven people were killed and four others were injured in a collision between a truck and a microbus at Itakhola in Shibpur of Narsingdi on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 3 am on Friday.

Kabir Hossain, in-charge of Itakhola Outpost confirmed the casualties to The Daily Samakal.

The injured have been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

He said five people died on the spot while two others died after being taken to hospital.
