Workers die after being buried alive under sand in Rajbari

Three workers died while they were loading sand on a truck in Joukura area of Mizanpur Union in Rajbari Sadar Upazila.
The incident happened at around 11pm on Tuesday. The deceased were identified as Abdur Rahim Sheikh, Maruf Sheikh, and Md Rimon Ali.
According to the police and locals, a 'veku' was being used to load sand on a truck on Tuesday night. Suddenly the sand-laden veku fell on the truck and instantly killed three people.
On information, police recovered the bodies and sent them to Rajbari Sadar Hospital's morgue, said Rajbari Police Station Officer in Charge Shahadat Hossain.
