Road accident kills 2 brothers in Rajbari

Two brothers were killed after a soil-laden truck ran over their motorbike on the Dhaka-Khulna Highway at Goalanda of Rajbari at around 12:30 am on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Monirul Islam Momin, 32, and Saiful Islam Sumon, 27, both sons of Moksed Ali Sardar of Kadamtala village under Khankhanapur Union in Rajbari Sadar Thana.

Confirming the matter, Ahladipur Highway Police Officer in Charge Md Abdul Halim said, "Two bikers were killed after being run over by a truck. They are siblings. Their bodies were recovered. The truck was seized."
