3 KNF members killed in Bandarban

Three members of the Kuki-Chin National Front (KNF) died in "shootouts" with the army in the border areas of Bandarban's Ruma and Rowangchhari upazilas early on Sunday. 

The military conducted a drive in the remote area Sunday at dawn. Multiple sources have confirmed the matter. 

Bandarban Police Superintendent Saikat Shahin told the Daily Samakal that more details will be known after the military hands over the bodies to the police.
