Ex-planning minister MA Mannan arrested

Former Planning Minister MA Mannan has been arrested from his Shantiganj’s residence in Sunamganj district at 10:30 pm on Thursday.
Superintendent of Police AFM Anwar Hossain Khan said that the former minister will be produced in the court on Friday after being arrested in connection with the attack on students in Sunamganj city on August 4.
He said that remand will be sought for MA Mannan for further questioning.
