Main perpetrator behind clash in Khagrachhari arrested

Police arrested the main perpetrator of the clash between indigenous people and Bangalis over the murder of Mamun from Khagrachhari district in the early hours of Thursday.

A brief message from the Police headquarters confirmed the matter.

The arrested was Khagrachhari Awami League Organizing Secretary Md. Didarul Alam.

He was an accused in the Mamun murder case in Khagrachhari and a fugitive accused in 40 other cases.
