Attack on 'March for Unity' motorcade at Bagerhat

A 'March for Unity' motorcade heading towards Dhaka was attacked at Mollahat of Bagerhat on Tuesday morning. 

A motorcade of 25 buses carrying students headed towards Dhaka to join the 'March for Unity' event from Khulna city. Miscreants started throwing brickbats at the buses at Mollahat at around 11am, stopped the buses, and beat up some of the students. The infuriated students fought back and the area became a battlefield. 

Around 20 people were injured in the clash which went on for about an hour. Police and armed forces reached the spot and are trying to bring the situation under control.
