Temperature rising at Tetulia

People at Tetulia of Panchagargh are experiencing a big difference in day and night temperatures. 

While nighttime temperature causes a lot of discomfort, temperature rises as soon as the sun starts to shine and the weather becomes comfortable. 

An official at the Tetulia weather office said on Sunday the temperature was 10.5 degrees Celcius at 6am. The same temperature persisted till 9am. 

Official Jitendra Natha said the temperature at 9am on Saturday (January 11) was 8.2 degrees Celcius. 

The 2-degree rise in temperature has brought relief to people in the cold-stricken northern upazila.
