Temperature drops to 8 degrees Celcius in Naogaon

The minimum temperature dropped to 8 degrees Celcius in the northern district of Naogaon on Sunday. Despite the lack of significant fog, the chilly weather is causing suffering among the residents. 

At 9am on Sunday, the lowest temperature at Naogaon's Badalgacchi weather station was recorded at 8.6 degrees Celcius, the lowest this season. On Saturday, the lowest temperature was 10.7 degrees Celcius. 

Meanwhile, the regular bulletin of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) issued on Sunday said the highest temperature on Saturday was 31 degrees Celcius, recorded at Teknaf. 

The weather may remain dry with a temporarily partly cloudy sky over the country. 

A mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Rajshahi, Chuadanga, Pabna, Naogaon, Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Moulavibazar, and the region of Baghbari. It may continue. 

Night temperature may fall slightly over the southern part of the country, remaining unchanged elsewhere. Day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
