Former social welfare minister Nuruzzaman arrested

Nuruzzaman Ahmed, former Social Welfare Minister and Member of Parliament of Awami League, has been arrested at around 8:30 pm on Thursday.

Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RPMP) arrested him from a relative's house in a lane adjacent to the post office on Central Road in Rangpur Metropolitan City, said police sources.
