10 more Covid-19 cases reported in Ctg

The port city of Chattogram reported 10 additional Covid-19 cases from 180 tests conducted in the district over the past 24 hours, according to Dr Jahangir Alam, Civil Surgeon of Chattogram.

This brings the total number of coronavirus cases in Chattogram to 38 over the last 11 days.

Dr Alam noted that testing is being carried out at six laboratories, including the RT-PCR lab at Chattogram Medical College Hospital.

Currently, 33 patients are receiving treatment at various designated hospitals in the city.

He urged everyone to avoid crowded places and wear masks to curb the spread of the virus.
