Four killed in Cox's Bazar train accident

Four people died when a Dhaka-bound Cox's Bazar express train hit a CNG-run autorickshaw on Saturday afternoon. 

The identity of the four deceased passengers of the autorickshaw could not be confirmed immediately, but there were women and children among them. 

The accident occurred at around 1:15pm at the Dhalir Chhara crossing at Ramu upazila. 

Locals have blocked a Probal Express train, which reached the spot at around 2:30pm. They threatened to keep the train halted till the bodies were recovered. 

Police are trying to control the situation, Eidgag Police Station Officer in Charge Mashiur Rahman said.
