BSF pushes 18 people into Bangladesh

The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has pushed at least 18 individuals into Bangladesh through Sapahar and Dhamoirhat borders in Naogaon. Members of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) detained them at around 4am on Friday. Among them are women and children. 

Confirming the matter, BGB said four of the detained individuals illegally entered India 4/5 years ago and took on work as house help. Mumbai police recently detained them and took them to the Chhatrahati BSF camp. Then they pushed the four people through the border. They are now under the custody of Sapahar Police Station. 

Meanwhile, 14 others were pushed in through the Dhamoirhat border. After being detained by BGB, they were taken to the Dhamoirhat Health Complex for checkups.
