Man killed in Bogura road accident

A man was killed when a truck rammed into another truck in the Chonka area under Sherpur Upazila of Bogura on Friday morning.

The deceased was Ferdous, 16, son of Aminur Rahman of Kovalipara village in Bogura Sadar upazila.

The incident took place around 8 am on the Dhaka-Bogura highway when a truck hit another standing truck, leaving the truck helper, Ferdous, dead on the spot and injuring its driver, said Sherpur Highway Police Station Officer-in-Charge Al Amin. 

The body will be handed over to the family after the legal process, he said.
