Physician commits suicide over wife's 'extra-marital affair'

A physician in Chattagram committed suicide after giving a post on his Facebook alleging his wife of extra-marital affair, police said.

Police recovered the body of the physician, Mustafa Murshed Akash, from his residence in Chandgaon Residential Area on Thursday morning. 

Alauddin Talukdar, in-charge of Chittagong Medical College Hospital police outpost, said doctor declared Mustafa Murshed as dead after he was taken to the hospital this morning.

Quoting the doctors, he said, "Mustafa Murshed committed suicide after injecting excessive insulin into his body.  There was no injury mark on his body." 

Mustafa Murshed gave a post on his Facebook alleging his wife of extra-marital affair last night and his body was found in his residence this morning, he said.
