Shalla's incident happened over Facebook post of BNP man: Police

Sunamganj Superintendent of Police (SP) Mohammad Mizanur Rahman said that the incidents of looting, vandalism at the houses of a minority at Noagaon of Shalla in Sunamganj, was linked to the Facebook post of a BNP man.

He said this at a press conference of the district police in the conference room of the police super office on Sunday afternoon.

He said that Jhumon Das Apan, who posted on Facebook, was the former general secretary of Shalla Upazila Chhatra Dal.
