‘Bappy stars against me’

The multi-talented Model and actress Bidya Sinha Mim is a model, TV and film actress. Her upcoming film ‘Sweetheart’ will hit the cinemas across the country on February 12, ahead of this year’s Valentine’s Day.

In an interview with Samakal, Mim disclosed everything about the movie and more about her film career.  

What about the story of the film?

The film is being released centering the Valentine’s Day (Feb 14). Wajed Ali Sumon has directed the romantic film. I have paired up with Bappy for the first time. Popular actor Riaz also stars the film. In fact, the film based on a triangle love story and I have acted the character of Prilina here. The story is very nice and I hope that it will totally entertain the viewers.

Heard that you are starring a film titled ‘Daagh’?  

Yeah. Shooting of the film has been started from February 13. The film is directed by Tariq Shah while lyricist Md. Rafiquzzaman wrote the script of it from a story of Kamal Ahmed. In the film, my character’s name is Shohana who is a painter. Bappi Shah is starring against me in the film.

Now, I am passing a busy time with films and stage shows. I took part at a stage show in Sylhet on Wednesday where Arifin Shuvoo was with me.
