Kim Kardashian sued for 2014 car crash

Kim Kardashian got sued on Tuesday by Rafael Antonio Linares, with whom she had a car accident on March 11, 2014, reports the Gossip Cop. 

 

According to court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kardashian smashed her Mercedes G Wagon into his vehicle on Sunset Boulevard near Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills. Linares now claims in court documents that he “sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort, and physical disability” to him.

 

Linares is seeking unspecified damages. He’s also seeking money for past and future medical expenses, the cost for the repair of his car, and the money he had to shell out during the “loss of use” of his vehicle. Mostly, though, Linares says in his filing that he was “gainfully employed” before the car crash, but he has since been “deprived of earnings” and will be seeking compensation for that as well the cost of litigation.

 

As Gossip Cop previously reported at the time of the initial accident, Kardashian and Linares’ vehicles collided after she made a left turn at an intersection while his car drove straight, despite supposedly having his right turn signal on. The two drove separately to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where they exchanged information and even hugged. Although both cars were damaged, no one was ticketed at the time and the two parties seemed to have settled the incident themselves, that is until Tuesday’s court filing.
