Why Sonam replaced Aishwarya

Days after news of Sonam Kapoor replacing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the brand ambassador of famous jewellery brand 'Kalyan Jewellers' was reported, there have been various speculations over this big swap, reports the Zee News.

 

Now, to clarify the brand's stand on the issue, Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director of Kalyan Jewellers took to Twitter and said:

 

1/3 Aishwarya Rai has been an integral part of Kalyan Jewellers' brand building efforts

 

2/3 It is disappointing to see unwarranted media speculations

 

3/3 Our relationship with her is much beyond the brand's association, we will be always thankful to her and wish her all success
