Seven BNP MPs leaving won't paralyze JS: Quader

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said there is no reason to think that the Jatiya Sangsad will be paralysed if the seven lawmakers quit from the parliament.

He made the comment while addressing an AL rally at the Radio Colony School and College ground in Savar at 3:30 pm on Saturday.

Quader said the seven BNP lawmakers will regret announcing their resignation from parliament.

Seven BNP legislators today announced their resignation from the legislature during the party's divisional rally in Dhaka's Golapbagh field.

During his address to the rally, Gulam Mohammad Siraj of Bogura-6 made the initial statement.
