BNP to march in Dhaka for 'restoration of democracy'

Dhaka City North and South BNP will hold a ‘March Program’ at four places in the capital next week to 'restore democracy' and realize its 10-point demand.

Party's general secretary Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the program at a press conference held at the BNP’s central office in Nayapaltan at 11:00 am on Thursday.

According to the programme schedule - Dhaka South City BNP will march from Jatrabari to Shyampur on January 30 and from Mugda to Malibagh on February 1.

Dhaka North City BNP will march from Shahjadpur to Abul Hotel in Khilgaon on January 28 and from Gabtali to Mirpur No. 10 on January 31.

Dhaka City North BNP convener Amanullah Aman, member secretary Aminul Haque, Dhaka City South convener Abdus Salam, member secretary Rafiqul Alam Majnu and other senior leaders were present during the program announcement.
