AL holding countrywide peace rally at union level

Awami League is holding peace rally at union level across the country on Saturday as part of the party's yearlong organizational programme ahead of the next general elections.

The rally will being arranged in protest against terrorism, anarchy and evil politics of BNP-Jamaat evil force, said AL Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua.

AL central leaders as well as the party's district, city and upazila units' leaders and public representatives are attending the peace rally.

Earlier, party's General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader urged the leaders and workers of all levels, supporters and the people to join the rally.
