EC monitoring KCC, BCC polls through CCTV

The Election Commission (EC) is monitoring the Khulna City Corporation (KCC) and Barishal City Corporation (BCC) polls through CCTV cameras set in polling centres.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Habibul Awal and election commissioners Ahsan Habib Khan, Rashida Sultana, and Md Alamgir are monitoring the polls from the CCTV monitoring control room at Bangladesh Election Commission in Agargaon of the capital.

Voting for both BCC and KCC polls began on Monday at 8am and will continue till 4pm without any break. Both polls are being held using electronic voting machines (EVMs).
