BNP’s grand rally at Nayapaltan: Rizvi

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, senior joint general secretary of BNP, said party’s grand rally will be held in Nayapaltan in the city on Friday afternoon.

He made the assertion at a press conference at BNP's central office in Nayapaltan in the capital on Thursday afternoon.

The BNP leader alleged that attacks on leaders and activists and arrests of party men are continuing across the country ahead of the grand rally in Dhaka.

"The law-and-order forces, who are loyal to the government, have so far arrested more than five hundred leaders and activists of BNP centring the mass gathering to oust the government," he went on saying.
