BNP-police clash at Bijoynagar

Police clashed with the leaders and activists of BNP and its various associated bodies in Bijoynagar of the capital around 2 pm on Saturday. 

Meanwhile, the police threw tear shells and sound grenades to disperse the angry mobs.

On the other hand, there was a clash between BNP leaders and activists in Kakrail Jame Masjid area of the capital around 1 pm. 

At that time, when the BNP exploded the cocktail, the police fired rubber bullets and tear gas in response.

Earlier, BNP and Awami League leaders and activists clashed in front of the Chief Justice's residence at Kakrail in the capital at around 11:30 am. 

Meanwhile, BNP activists vandalised a bus and eight pickups.
