Administration playing biased role: A. K. Azad

Independent candidate of Faridpur-3 (Sadar) A.K. Azad alleged that a fearful atmosphere has been created in Faridpur by intimidating the workers-supporters of the eagle symbol with the thugs of Awami League candidate Shamim Haque.

He also made allegation that the police administration is also behaving unilaterally.

One day before the election, Azad came up with the allegations in a press conference at his residence at around 12 noon on Saturday. Local Awami League leaders and activists from various levels were present at this time.

A. K. Azad said, “I am a soldier of Bangabandhu and Sheikh Hasina. We are doing everything necessary for the progress of Sheikh Hasina's fourth industrial revolution. We are ready to strengthen the hands of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in building smart citizens, smart government, smart economy and smart society. With that aim, I am participating in the election as an independent candidate from Faridpur-3 constituency.”
