BNP rally at Naya Paltan today

BNP will hold a rally at the capital's Naya Paltan on Tuesday, marking International Democracy Day. 

The rally was scheduled for Sunday (September 15) but was rescheduled two days later due to adverse weather. 

Confirming the matter, BNP Standing Committee Member and convener of the programme preparation committee, Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain said, "All the preparations were done. But the date has been changed due to adverse weather."

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will address the Naya Paltan rally virtually from London.
