Khaleda to be taken to London for treatment soon

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will be taken to London for advanced medical treatment very soon, said her personal physician Professor AZM Zahid Hossain.

Preparations are underway to transfer her to a multidisciplinary hospital abroad as quickly as possible, said Zahid.

She will take London first and then to another country where multidisciplinary medical facilities are available, he added.

In this regard, Ministry of Foreign Affairs was informed for necessary supports.

Khaleda has been suffering from various ailments, including liver cirrhosis, arthritis, diabetes and issues related to the kidney, lung, heart and eyes.
