Khaleda Zia gives fingerprints for US visa

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has visited the US Embassy in Dhaka to provide her biometric fingerprint for visa.

She was highly welcomed by the officials, including acting ambassador, when she arrival at the embassy.

Begum Zia was accompanied by her personal physicians BNP Standing Committee member Prof Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain and Dr. Mohammad Mamun, party’s Organising Secretary Shama Obaid and her Private Secretary ABM Abdus Sattar.

"Khaleda Zia is likely to go to the USA for better treatment and for this she went to the embassy for providing biometric fingerprint, said 

Dr Zahid Hossain.

Khaleda has been suffering from various ailments for long time.

The medical board recommended her to take better treatment from multidisciplinary center. So, the BNP leader is taking preparation to go to London first and then to the United States.
