3 BNP orgs start long march towards Agartala

Three front organizations of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) have started a long march from Dhaka towards India's Agartala to protest the attack on the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission at Agartala, desecrating the Bangladesh flag, the spread of misinformation in Indian media, and attempt to instigate a riot. 

The long march started in front of the BNP headquarters at the capital's Naya Paltan at 9am on Wednesday. 

Thousands of leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, Bangladesh Jatiyatabai Swechchhasebak Dal and Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal gathered for the long march from 7am, chanting various slogans. 

The long march is scheduled to cross Paltan-Fakirarpur-Ittefak more to the flyover. Then the process would continue through Signboar-Chittagong road- Kachpur more- Tarabo-Borfa-Bhulta, Gausia-Chanpara, Madhabdi-Pachdona-Saheprotab, Bhelanagar-Itkhola-Marjal-Baruicha and reach Bhairab. 

A roadside rally will be held at Bhairab. After that, the long march will continue towards Akhaura land port, where the march will end with another rally.
