India must stop border killings: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has called on India to stop border killings, saying, the BNP has always been making this demand.

"Border killings can never be accepted," he told reporters at Osmani Airport on his visit to Sylhet on Wednesday evening.

He also said, "It is the responsibility of all of us to build a fascism-free country anew. BNP is working to re-establish democracy in the country."

BNP Standing Committee Member Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, Central Member Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, Sylhet District BNP President Abdul Qayum Chowdhury, Sylhet City BNP President Rezaul Hasan Qayes Lodi, District BNP General Secretary Advocate Emran Ahmed Chowdhury, Sylhet City BNP General Secretary Emdad Hossain Chowdhury were present at the time.
