Moyeen Khan urges people not to be misguided by any quarter

BNP Standing Committee member Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan said a certain group is trying to use religion for political purposes and spreading misleading information. 

But the people are now more aware than before and they would not be misguided by this group’s propaganda, he added. 

He made the remarks while speaking at an Iftar party at the Multipurpose Auditorium in Palash Upazila in the district.

Dr. Moyeen Khan said, “Politics must be conducted for the welfare of the people."

Acting president of upazila BNP Abdus Sattar presided over the event.

Upazila BNP general secretary Saiful Haque, Narsingdi Bazar Bonik Somity president Babul Sarkar, senior vice president of Ghorashal Municipal BNP Alam Molla, former general secretary of the district unit Mohiha Dal Kaniz Fatema and upazila Jubo Dal president Nishar Ahmed Khan, among others, spoke at the event.
