Khaleda Zia in CCU

BNP has sought prayers from the people across the country for the speedy recovery of its Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

BNP media cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the information to BSS.

Shayrul said he arrived at Evercare Hospital at 1 pm and met with the Chairperson’s personal physician and Standing Committee Member Dr AZM Zahid Hossain.

Citing Dr Zahid, Shayrul said Begum Khaleda Zia is currently undergoing treatment under close observation in the CCU (Coronary Care Unit), supervised by a medical board comprising both local and international specialist doctors.
