Dr. Kamal Hossain hospitalised

Dr. Kamal Hossain, a key framer of Bangladesh's Constitution and founder of Gono Forum, has been admitted to Square Hospital in Dhaka due to serious illness.

The information was confirmed by Gono Forum's Publicity and Publication Secretary, Mohammad Ullah Madhu.

He stated that Dr. Hossain is suffering from lung complications.

He appealed to the nation for prayers for the veteran leader's speedy recovery.

Dr. Hossain was last seen in public on Wednesday at Manik Mia Avenue, where he attended the namaz-e-janaza of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.
