BNP holds protest rally in front of National Press Club

The BNP has held a protest rally demanding the government’s permission for BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia to go abroad for better treatment.

As part of the pre-announced program, the rally started at 10 am on Monday in front of the National Press Club.

Convener from the Dhaka South Abdus Salam is presiding over the rally organized by Dhaka Metropolitan North and South BNP.

Convener of the Dhaka North Aman Ullah Aman, member secretary of the south Rafiqul Alam Majnu, member secretary of the north Aminul Haque and leaders of various organizations are also present in the program.

Earlier, the party held a nationwide hunger strike demanding permission for BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia to go abroad for better treatment.
