Tamim reaches to 1000-run landmark

Bangladeshi hard-hitting opener Tamim Iqbal has reached the landmark of 1000 runs in his 49th T20I match.
He reached the milestone hitting a boundary in the 2nd ball of the first over of Ajay Lalcheta against Oman in the ICC World Twenty 20 Qualifiers in Dharamsala on Sunday, reports UNB.
Tamim Iqbal, who reached the 1000-run club, is the highest run scorer for Bangladesh.
