ICC Men's Cricket World Cup trophy due Sunday midnight

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 trophy is set to visit in Bangladesh from August 7 to August 9 as part of the official Trophy Tour. 

The daily schedule for the trophy tour in Bangladesh has been made available by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). At midnight on Sunday, the trophy will arrive in Dhaka.

In order to display the award at well-known locations, the BCB chose Padma Bridge as one of the exhibition locations.

On the first day of its visit, the official picture shoot for the ICC World Cup Trophy will start at 3 p.m. at service area 1 of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge, Mawa End.

The trophy will be on display for the men's and women's national teams, current and former cricketers, cricket authorities and organizers, and members of the media on August 8 from 9am to 12pm at the Sher e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

On the third and last day of the trophy tour, the public will get the opportunity to view the trophy up close when it is on display at Bashundhra City Shopping Mall in Dhaka on August 9 from 11 am to 8 pm.

The ICC World Cup trophy tour officially kicked underway in India on June 27, 2023, to honour the occasion's 100-day milestone. Over the next 100 days, the trophy will visit 18 ICC members across five regions - Africa, the Americas, Asia, East Asia Pacific, and Europe).

For the final 30 days of the tour, the trophy will return to India, where it will continue to be displayed across the country to promote the forthcoming competition.
