Rain ruins opening day of series-deciding Test

The first day's play of the second and final Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh was called off due to persistent rain and a wet outfield at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Friday.

Even the toss was not possible as the players had to be confined to the dressing room.

Weather reports suggested that the second day's game tomorrow is also highly likely to be affected by rain.

Bangladesh are leading the series 1-0 following their landmark 10-wicket victory in the first Test.
