Rain takes the win on Day 1 of Kanpur test

Overnight rain had delayed the start of the match by an hour. After the lunch break, another bout of rain pushed back the second session by 15 minutes. However, due to a lack of sufficient light and another bout of rain, play stopped after only 35 overs on the second and final Test between Bangladesh and India at Green Park in Kanpur.

Mominul Haque was at the crease with 40 runs and Mushfiqur Rahim with 6 runs. At the cost of 3 wickets, Bangladesh managed to score 107 on the first day.
