Mominul resilient but SA firmly progressing

Bangladesh struggled to survive against the onslaught of South African bowlers on day 3 of the second and final Test in Chattogram. 

On Wednesday, South Africa declared on 575 for 6, with Mulder, Tony de Zorzi and Tristan Stubbs hitting centuries before their pacers knocked off Bangladesh's top three inside the first six overs.

Already starting on a backfoot, Bangladesh lost 4 wickets within 10 runs. Kagiso Rabasa continued the assault by picking up five wickets. The hosts later managed to scrape together 116 runs for 8 wickets in 34 overs. Mominul Haque (69) and Taijul Islam (17) are at the crease.
