SA Games: Bangladesh bags 3 gold medals

Humaira Akther Antara has won gold in the 61-kg category of karate kumi in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games in Kathmandu, Nepal Tuesday.

On Tuesday morning, Marzana Akter Priya has also secured the third gold medal for Bangladesh in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games (SA Games).

She bagged the gold in individual kume-55 kg category, beating Pakistan by 4-3 points.

Earlier on the day, Al-Amin won gold in karate event on the second day.

On the first day, Dipu Chakma clinched gold in the 29+ age category in poomsae event.

On Monday, taekwondo player Dipu Chakma bagged the first gold medal for Bangladesh.
