Marjan Aktar Priya hospitalised

Marjan Aktar Priya, who secured a gold medal in karate in the South Asian Games on Tuesday, has been hospitalised on Wednesday due to a jaw injury.

Marjan received an injury while fighting with a Sri Lankan competitor for another victory.

Quoting doctors, Bangladesh Olympic Association Secretary General Syed Shaheed Reza said, "The CT scan report of Marjan was normal. She is now under observation for two hours. Then, if everything is fine, she will be released from the hospital."
