Nasir-Tamima summoned

Cricketer Nasir Hossain and his wife Tamima Sultana Tammi have been summoned to appear before the court. 

The court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Jasim issued the summons on Thursday afternoon following an application for an arrest warrant against them in the case. 

They have been asked to appear before the court on October 31.

Earlier, the investigation report of Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) was submitted to the court saying that the marriage of Nasir and Tamima was illegal. It has been said that the marriage of popular cricketer Nasir Hossain and air hostess Tamima was not legal. Divorce documents of Tamima and businessman Rakib Hasan have been forged. As a result, Tamima is still Rakib Hasan's wife. These issues have come up in the investigation report of PBI.

The report was given by PBI investigation officer Mizanur Rahman. Cricketer Nasir Hossain, Tamima Sultana Tammi and Tamima's mother Sumi Akhter have been found guilty in the investigation report of the case.
