Bitcoin surpasses $47,000, first time since March 30, 2022

The price of Bitcoin rose above $47,000 for the first time since March 30, 2022, according to the Coindesk platform.

As of 22:59 Moscow time, the bitcoin grew by 6.33 per cent to $47,054. By 23:08 Moscow time, the figure had slowed down and reached $47,035 (+6.28 per cent).

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency invented in 2008 by an unknown person or a group of people using the name Satoshi Nakamoto. It is a decentralized digital currency without a central bank or single administrator that can be sent from user to user on the peer-to-peer bitcoin network without intermediaries.
