Facebook, Telegram shuts down on mobile network

Social networking platform Facebook has been suspended on mobile networks. Russian messaging app Telegram was also suspended similarly. 

According to a related source, these two platforms were suspended at around 12:15pm on Friday.

Specialists worry that this move might increase the use of VPNs and put pressure on the internet speed.
