Nobel Prize jury 'deeply regrets' leak of laureates' names

The Swedish Royal Academy of Sciences, which awards the Nobel Chemistry Prize, apologised Wednesday for a mistake that saw the laureates' names released to Swedish media hours before the formal announcement.
"This is of course very unfortunate. We deeply regret what happened," Hans Ellegren, Secretary General of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, told a press conference.
