Several explosions heard in Beirut

Several explosions were heard in the Lebanese capital early Saturday, AFP journalists reported.

AFP reporters in Beirut and its surrounds heard at least three large explosions, after a day of Israeli bombardment in the capital's southern suburbs as Israel fights Hezbollah.
